Al obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. After working in the Manufacturing Sector for 23 years, where his focus was on Product Design & Development, Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction in various hands-on and leadership roles, Al made a career change to Real Estate. He brings with him a unique skill set which sets him apart, from his excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail and organization, to his strong technical knowledge.
Al served 5 years on the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association Board, and as President of the Association in 2012. This experience provided him with a greater understanding of organized real estate on local, provincial and national levels.
